Andrew Mountford Finance and Investment provides investors with the opportunity to invest in loans secured by registered mortgage over properties in Queensland and also throughout Australia. The vehicle for these investments is the La Trobe Australian Mortgage Fund ARSN:088 178 321 ("the Fund"). La Trobe will accept new investments on the following four investment options in the Fund.
The Pooled Mortgages Option provides you with the opportunity to invest in a range of mortgages which
diversifies the risk of investment with a current rate of return of 7.50%* p.a.variable . This option is a simple form of investment, with no additional paperwork, and interest is paid monthly into your nominated bank account. La Trobe selects the mortgages for this option.
If you wish to invest in mortgage investment opportunities that attract higher returns, then La Trobe's
Direct Mortgages Option is returning up to 10%* p.a. (subject to availability) and the
High Yield Mortgages Option , up to 17.5%* p.a. (subject to availability). You select the mortgages you wish to invest in for both of these options.
The La Trobe Cash & Mortgages Option caters for short or long term investments with a current rate of return of
5.85% p.a. variable and
redemption requests to be processed within 2 business days receipt of a written request.^
*The rates of return from the Fund are not guaranteed and are determined by future revenue of the Fund
and may achieve lower than expected returns. Investors risk losing some or all of their principal investment.
